Arrangement of return postage and all costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
Items that do not retain their seal are excluded from the money back guarantee.
Unopened items may be returned for a refund at the Buyers' cost.
It is recommended that you retain a proof of posting certificate for any returns just in case it is misplaced by your mail service. Once we have received the returned item we will issue your refund within 3 working days.
